Who we are

IAN Procurement solutions provides structured offshore support and engineering procurement services to EPC, OEM, and industrial companies. We operate as an extension of client operations, supporting capacity requirements while ensuring adherence to data protection regulations, including GDPR, without decision authority or conflict of interest. 


Founded by a procurement professional with two decades of experience in European EPC environments, including firms like Saipem and Andritz.

Engineering Support

 We provide engineering design and drafting support for static equipment and industrial structures. This includes AutoCAD 2D & 3D drafting for heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and other static equipment. Mechanical design and thickness calculations are carried out using PV Elite as per ASME Section VIII and API standards. Structural design and analysis for equipment supports and platforms is handled through STAAD.Pro, with detailed 3D structural modelling done in Tekla Structures. Our engineering team works as an extension of client design offices, ensuring quality and timely delivery

IAN Procurement Solutions operates under a documented Information Security Policy covering data handling, confidentiality, and access controls across every engagement. We maintain an in-house Compliance Officer responsible for data protection oversight, with our Data Protection Agreements and internal policies formally audited every six months to ensure continued alignment with client and regulatory requirements.


For clients outside the EU/UK, we align our confidentiality, data handling, and information security practices with your organization's specific data protection and contractual requirements.
